These Payment Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of health toolkits, including those with optional laboratory recommendations and advanced practice nurse (APN) reviews, offered through Value Your Health (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The toolkits and associated lab recommendations are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Laboratory recommendations are not medical prescriptions or diagnostic orders.

• An advanced practice nurse may review your results to provide general wellness recommendations; these recommendations are intended to help you better understand key areas of your health and serve as informative guidance to support your understanding of potential areas for further evaluation. They do not constitute medical advice, prescriptions, or diagnostic orders. 

• We encourage you to review these suggestions with your Primary Care Provider (PCP) who can determine the most appropriate next steps based on your complete medical history and current health status.

You remain solely responsible for consulting appropriate medical professionals for diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing healthcare needs.

An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment platform. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your purchase will be the one in effect at the time of the transaction.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept secure online payment by credit card and other approved methods. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers, and any security guarantees are their sole responsibility.

• Within 24 hours of purchase: You may cancel your order for a full refund (less processing fees).
  
  

• After 24 hours but within 7 days: Cancellations are accepted, and you will receive:
  
  

  • A full refund for the cost of the lab (less processing fees)

  • A credit voucher for the provider review portion, which can be applied to a future service
    
    

• After 7 days or once labs have been processed, No refunds are available.
  
  

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of processing your order, delivering your toolkit, and providing associated services.

By purchasing and using our toolkits:

• You acknowledge that the content is for informational and educational purposes only.
  
  

• You agree that we are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the toolkits, lab recommendations, or APN review services.
  
  

You accept that it is your responsibility to consult your PCP or another qualified healthcare professional before acting on any recommendations provided.

These Payment Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
